Days 11–15
Build Habits
Your pet is becoming more comfortable with the toothbrush. Focus on technique and building a consistent short routine.
Gentle Short Strokes
2–3 minUse short, gentle strokes on the outer surfaces of the front teeth. Aim the bristles at about 45 degrees toward the gumline. If bristles visibly bend, reduce pressure.
Extend to One Side
2–3 minExtend brushing to the outer surfaces of one side of the mouth. Keep strokes short and gentle. Reward after each side.
Both Sides with the Brush
3 minBrush the outer surfaces of both sides of the mouth. Focus on the gumline area. Keep the session calm and positive.
Repeat and Reinforce
3 minRepeat the previous session. Consistency matters more than perfection. If your pet needs more time on any step, repeat it.
30 days is a path, not a test. Repeat any day as needed.
Halfway Check-In
3 minBrush the outer surfaces of all teeth. Notice which areas your pet tolerates well and which need more practice. Adjust your approach accordingly.
